Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero on Friday swears in David Rubin as a justice of the Fourth District Court of Appeal’s Div. One. He was a San Diego Superior Court judge since 2007. The oath-taking followed Rubin’s confirmation by the Commission on Judicial Appointments. Danny Chou, a San Mateo Superior Court judge since 2018, was confirmed as a justice of the First District Court of Appeal’s Div. Five. |
