By a MetNews Staff Writer
Judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court have selected three persons to serve as court commissioners, in balloting that ended yesterday.
The new bench officers are Grace Kim, a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Dolly Gee of the Central District of California; Los Angeles Deputy City Attorney Tiosha Butler; and Hillary Ann Gerber, a research attorney for the Court of Appeal for this district.
Kim’s law degree is from the University of California at Berkeley, Butler earned hers at Whittier College, and Gerber graduated from Southwestern.
Ballots were counted by Judges Ruth Ann Kwan, Mark V. Mooney, and Michael L. Stern, the most senior judges who were available for the task.
