S.C. Names Jason Lee, Alan Steinbrecher as Officers of State Bar Board of Trustees

The California Supreme Court on Friday announced its appointment of Jason Lee, chief compliance officer for a Century City financial planning firm, as chair of the State Bar Board of Trustees, and former Los Angeles County Bar Association President Alan Steinbrecher as vice chair.
Their one-year terms will begin Sept. 14 and end at the conclusion of the State Bar annual meeting in 2019.
Lee, who is presently vice chair, was also reappointed by the high court to a four-year term on the board. Steinbrecher, a partner in the downtown Los Angeles firm of Steinbrecher & Span, LLP, is currently a Supreme Court-appointed member of the board.
The high court also announced its appointment of Kern County Deputy District Attorney Brandon Stallings to a four-year term on the board. He formerly served as an elected member.
